Ash frowned, "How much can we trust Tombin? It could be a trap; we'd better watch our backs. Thothalas I think I remember you saying something about maybe seeing his eyes glow red. What if he isn't who he seems to be? He could be an agent of Venger or something." She retraced her thoughts a bit and decided to tell the other what brought on this sudden bout of mistrust. "I was just wondering how a young boy out hunting by himself could have rest this far into the swamp? Are the trolls new around here and if not how did he get passed them? The five of use have struggled to make it this far, how could one boy do it without help?"
She sighed, "Perhaps I'm just paranoid. After all, we have Drow Mercenaries, angry Trolls, and Tuculcha on our backs."
She thought she heard something. She stopped and listened closely. She turned to Thothalas, "Is that snoring I hear? I guess that little charade game tired out that poor little rabbit." She continued walking, wondering if they'd ever get to the afore mentioned defile.
