((The rest of you could see or hear Fairalin as she appears in her dream if you step outside of Krys' room and into the hallway. There you, or any one else who walks into that particular section of the castle would see the illusion Varla created, based on Fairalin's dream, which she accessed using the Stone of Zarpathos. Think of it like VR simulation of Fairalins dream, thats what it would be like for the rest of us but to Fairalin its a dream and what ever we do will be interpreted into her dream through her telepathic link with Varla.)) "Shh, it'll be alright Faira." Cole whispered to the the human-sized fairy who held on to him tightly, 'wetting' the cape recently returned to him from Sailor Zeo with her 'tears.' He knew that the real Fairalin Midnight was still asleep in Varla's hands alongside his Weapon of Power. Still, thanks to a some illusion casting and telepathy on Varla's part he was able to comfort the scared young woman even though she was still asleep. "As for me and the rest of us being in your dream, you can thank Varla for that. She's using her powers and my 'mind gem' to make this happen."
Looking at the sobbing fairy's face, "There is no need for tears," he said gently wiping them away and brushing aside a few strands of hair from her face, surprised he was even able to do that as this was only an image of Faira. It's amazing how sophisticated Varla's illusion really is, he thought to himself. He did not suspect them to be this real considering how Varla spoke so modestly of her abilities.
You see, you're still sleeping." He explained "The reason I've asked Varla to do this is to give us all a chance to find out why and hopefully wake you. Varla is holding your physical body," explained Cole, "next to it is my Weapon. Since both of you were in contact with it when 'this' started happening. Maybe you can use it to help wake yourself up somehow, then again it's probably a power you had within yourself all along that perhaps you didn't even know of, possibly one of many you never really tried before. I'm sure you could do it Fairalin." Cole may not have believed in fairies in the past, but he does believe in this one now.
The human-sized fairy was slowly beginning to releasing her hold on Cole and her sobbing started to quell. "And don't worry about tomorrow, that's something we'll deal with later. Right now, I'm still alive and so are all of the others who fought the creature last night. In fact, most of the group is right over there, just behind that door." Cole then pointed to a section of the woods where the weapon of the Magician seemed to be hanging in mid-air. "Well, we needed something to act as a marker. So we put Presto's hat over the doorknob. But they're there and they are worried about you too. They are waiting for you and some of the others to make a final decision before we can begin the next part of our quest. You see, pretty soon we are going to split up. Some of the others will stay here to discover the identity of a killer that has framed Eric, Krys, and Tommy while the rest of us are planning to sneek into one of Venger's fortresses to find the real orb and if it is not already too late, rescue a young girl kidnapped last night. If something goes wrong and that group ends up having to fight against Venger they will need all the help they can get." Fairalin quickly realized which group her friend was planning on joining. Now scared that he may not be coming back, she held him as tightly as before.
