(( Since the posts are all over the place in timeline, I shall write up a brief one, as I see it, to try to help explain things a bit better. We all go through the portal and it closes.
Rosalia explains her plan and summons her spell horse after hearing Cole comment on the tower.
Iris will then sing her spell song to provide everyone with the extra weapons/accouterments they think they need.
I know things were not posted in this order at all, but to me it makes more sense if things are in this order. I hope no one objects. ))
Bubbles landed on her feet light as a cat once again as she crossed through the portal. She moved to the side and looked around for a moment getting her bearings, her wings extended fully and quivering slightly. Cole was wondering about a ruined tower a short distance away. Most of the others were looking around curiously. Hank, Bobby, and Sheila were looking around warily. Her gaze settled on Salmack and Halphas. Her prey. For a brief moment one might have thought her amethysts eyes glowed just a tiny bit, but they might have been mistaken. The duo stood a little apart from the group, watching everyone distrustfully, their hands hovering near their sword hilts. She stepped towards them, her mirror raised...
Only to halt as Rosalia immediately started laying out a plan of action for the group. Bubbles relaxed and listened silently. An amused smile grew on her lips as she heart Rosalia's audacious plan to simply waltz into Venger's castle as if they belonged there. Traveling performers? Her smile widened into a grin. She knew exactly what she would be. Bubbles clamped her lips shut over a laugh of her own when Kimmy looked at her and giggled over 'distracting' Venger. Oh, he'd be distracted all right. Her lips curved and she winked at Kimmy. Salmack and Halphas looked at each other after Rose had relayed her plan to them all. They didn't seem overly thrilled with it. 'Patience my prey,' Bubbles crooned to herself, her power thrumming within her, begging for release. 'Soon...soon...' she soothed the power that she had been born with. The power the mirror only enhanced and did not, in fact, actually bestow upon her.
Then, as Rose summoned her smoky illusions, Iris started playing a spell song to give everyone what they thought might need to accomplish the mission. Bubbles went over to Iris and described what she wanted. Within moments she held the silky, shimmering garments within her hands and she smiled with pleasure. "Thank you, sugar" she trilled happily. She have to change as soon as they found some cover. Bubbles was not a morally prudent woman, but she was not going to strip naked and change clothes in front of everyone. At least, not on such short acquaintance. Give it a few weeks and she might. The costume went into her pouch. Now...
"Excuse me gentlemen," Bubbles purred as she walked up to the two guards, her mirror winking in the sunlight as she moved it around in her hand. Their eyes were automatically drawn to flashes of light. They couldn't help it. It was a natural reflex to look for movements of light and shadows. They stiffened for a moment as Bubbles exerted her control over them. But once they had looked into the mirror, they were hers until she decided to let them go.
"Now then. Mack, Sal, let us talk." Bubbles drawled triumphantly. "Why don't you tell me all about what your Master has planned and just why he was so adamant about sendin' watchdogs with us." Her eyes never left her prey.
