    Hush

Posted by Fairalin on 9/22/2000, 7:07 pm , in reply to "Re: Famous Last Words"

"Shhhhh" Alin whispered. She pulled Kryschenn up to her feet still cradling her, "Your not a bad person, hush," she kept stoking Krys's hair, trying desparetly to calm her and to avoid the helpless feeling that was creeping in. "It's alright, please big sister don't cry" Fairalin begged.
Kryschenn screamed then "But their all dead! And I did it! I went crazy and I killed them all and I don't even remember!!" she sobbed and held even tighter onto Fairalin.
Faira sighed, hating herself for what she was about to do, time for a little tough love, she thought, or she may never get over this.
Sparring a little concentration and Energy for the wounds, Fairalin sighed again and gave a hard push, shoving the other girl too the ground.
"Get over it!" she shouted "Yes you killed them, fine, they're dead." She pointed around "But they attacked you! All you did was protect yourself and it is nothing worse then they had planned for you Celt! They were assaisens and mercenarys and barely worth the skin they wore or the air they breathed! They were going to kill you Krys! But you got to them first! Yes lose of life of a terrible thing, and worse when you do it! They were going to kill you though! For money no less! They would have cut you stem to stern and felt nothing! Do you understand that? But you killed them, you stopped them, you either have to learn to accept that or going screaming into the night! And you, Kryschenn, Daughter of the Celts, Child of the Earth" Fairalin finished helping her friend up "Are much much stronger then that."

Despite her strong words and angry actions somewhere in the back of her mind Fairalin prayed, prayed that what she had done was the right thing, and that her friend would be the better for it and not resent her for her actions.

    ((How was that?))
