"But Night Steel..." the Mentalist began as Night Steel turned to talk to the others, leaving Cole with the Eye of Kamalor in hand, "...if I wanted to check out the inside of the castle I could just look into Sheila's mind or...Whoa!" the Mentalist inturrupted Night Steel, as Cole noticed he unintentionally withdrew the Stone of Zarpathos from its pouch while talking. "Oh man, She's out there right now!" Cole told the others, somewhat surprised at his actions. "I saw her hiding out in the hills! It looked like there was another group out there too!"
"More newcomers?" the young Barbarian asked.
"I don't think so, Bobby," Cole replied, "More like soldiers, well, some of them. The other two with 'em, I don't know who they were, they didn't look like any ordinary soldiers to me. They're all on horseback too, Sheila isn't. She's still far from the Watchtower and those guards seemed to be closing on her position! Hank..." With an worried look on his face, Cole turned to the Ranger "...when I accidentally saw into her mind she was nervous and thinking of making a run for it! If they spot her trail there's no way she could make it here on foot before they'd catch her!"
((Night Steel, I'm not really sure how the Eye is supposed to work, do you have to ask it to see something, or think about it, is there a certain way to address it to make it work? I wasn't sure That's why I used the Stone to see Sheila's mind, but if the Eye works based on thought then the others should be seeing an image of Sheila's current situation as well, right?))
