"You know, Alexia, you're absolutely right!" answered the Drow looking at their newest arrival. "We can't really trust this witch at all! I mean, for all intents and purposes; she may actually have some traps set up and designed to kill us if we walk down the wrong corridor or open the wrong door. So I think we should play it safe."Turning back to the Swamp Witch, the Dark Elf smiled and said, "Tuculcha, I agree to your terms, with one slight modification. Instead of us going in to look for our friends, we're going to have a few of The Erl King's retainers do it for us!"
Picking up Ashleyien's sword, Sterling addressed the King of the Earth Elementals, "Your majesty, can you please have a few hundred of your best retainers search that fortress and bring out to us anything or anyone that resembles a human being and a rabbit? We'll sort out who's who once they are here before us."
The Erl King nodded to the Dark Elf and led out an unearthly cry. Immediately afterwards, the ground began to shake as several hundred Earth Elementals about a foot shorter than the Erl King rose from the depths of the swamp and marched on the fortress. As they came to the front door and walls of the structure, they made entrances for themselves by smashing holes in the walls as they poured into the complex.
Casting a glance back at Tuculcha, Sterling continued, "You can bill me for the wall if you like! But fear not, they probably won't do too much damage, and we will release you once we know for a fact that our friends are safe and sound."
The Dark Elf then turned back to watch the Erl King's retainers go into action as the earth elemental's grip on the Swamp Witch did not relax!
