"Nothing to worry about...," Alexia quickly replied, "...it's not a migraine, I'm positive about that." She blocked the pain, which had dulled to a minor ache, and broke the eye contact with Sterling.
"I get mild headaches every once and a while, they're not even painful...they just take me by surprise sometimes."
Hoping to change the subject, the Mage added her opinion to the rescue, "Your plan sounds like a great idea. A few adjustments and I think we could pull it off easy."
Seeing that the focal point of the conversation was no longer herself, Alexia closed her eyes. She wished she didn't get those annoying headache. She had been getting them as far back as she could remember. Though they were never so severe as to make her dizzy or to vocalize her pain before.
'It's just the stress of actually being here, and getting to serve the Boss,' was what the teen told herself. It was an excuse, she knew, but the girl had no time to think about anything aside how she was going to send her clueless 'friends' into Venger's waiting hands.
