"Sorry about forgetting you, Ral," apologized the Swordsman to the Monk sheepishly. "But Ashleyien's right, I'll need you to take up the rear along with Dawn and Dan. Are you up to it?"
Ral simply nodded.
"Good," smiled the Dark Elf. "As far as taxing our mages go, Ashleyien, we really have little choice in the matter. We may need their abilities to just make it to the tower, let alone create the portal to reach Zak. Besides it does us little good to reach our destination; if we're too banged up from any of Tuculcha's remaining traps and wards to rescue anybody."
"Aye, aye, Captain?" mused the Drow with a quizzical smile. "You, Ral, and Tuculcha really have it in for leader types, don't you?!"
