Tommy smiled at the idea of Kimmy doodling in Zaki's book. "Hmm, if Kimmy *is* here, that means the rescuers are probably pretty close as well. If we're lucky they'll find us while looking for the other stuff, and if Venger does have some spell on me I might want to be careful about what I say. It does rather worry me that he's keeping me here alive and even went to the trouble of healing me. Venger really doesn't strike me as the altruistic sort."
A curious look came over his face. "Him?" Images of Power Puff Girls briefly ran through his head. "Oh, you mean your God. *That* Him."
He paused and grinned. "I've got an idea! You lie on the floor and pretend to be sick and I'll call for the guard and bash him over the head when he comes in to look at you and then we can make our escape do you think it'll work?" He took a deep breath to refill his lungs.
