The Dark Elf smiled with an evil grin and said, "Don't mind us, birdie, we're the local insurance adjusters and we've come to survey the damage!"As the raven gave the Swordsman a confused and quizzical look; Sterling in the bat of an eyelash, fast drew Thothalas' dagger from its sheath and threw it at Amaronte. Before the raven could take off and escape, the dagger sliced through the bird's wing, pinning the poor creature helplessly against the wall behind it.
"Gotcha!" cried the Drow triumphantly as the raven screamed in pain! Everyone was in complete shock as the Dark Elf looked over at the Warrioress in Blue and asked with a kind smile, "Ashleyien, can I have your backpack please?"
Upon receiving it, Sterling casually walked over to where Amaronte was pinned to the wall. Grabbing the raven and the dagger, the Dark Elf pulled the blade out of the bird's wing and then stuffed the wounded Amaronte inside the Warrioress' backpack zipping it shut!
The Dark Elf then returned to the others, handing Thothalas' dagger back to the High Elven mage commenting, "Thank you for the use of the dagger, my friend. It's not very good for throwing, but it's okay in a pinch."
Still smiling with a wicked grin on his face, the Drow announced openly, "Tuculcha! I know you're listening and I know you're watching! I want to thank you for providing us with a hostage! Now here are our terms: Stay out of our way and leave us alone! If anything happens to anyone of us, I guarantee you that I will personally do the bird what the Erl King did to you! But if you're a good little girl and stay out of our business, I promise that I'll release the bird when we leave here! Understand?!"
Not waiting for an answer, the Dark Elf looked back at the others and confidently said, "Okay guys, we've burned up enough time here already! Cadbury keep showing us the way! Ashleyien, keep detecting those traps! As long as we have Tuculcha's pet, I doubt she'll try to make a move against us! Let's go, people, Zak's counting on us!"
And with that, the Swordsman motioned for Ashleyien to continue detecing traps for them as they pushed forward.
