    A Witch Named...Tucy?

Posted by Sterling Coleman on 11/3/2000, 1:47 pm , in reply to "Re: frozen chicken?"

Sterling could barely contain his laughter and surprise as he said, "Tucy?! Your bird has a pet name for you and he calls you Tucy?! Bwha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! You and your bird are lovers or something?!"

And then the realization hit him like a sledgehammer as the Dark Elf's laughter was replaced by an evil grin, "So, this bird is your lover! No wonder you didn't write him off earlier when we first captured him. I'll be damned, you're actually capable of loving someone--or at the very least, something!"

Turning his attention to Amaronte, the Drow said, "You know what pal, I really feel sorry for you! I really do! You actually believed that this sorry excuse for a woman truly loved you! But when push came to shove, Tucy just wrote you off! You're really nothing to her, you know that, you're nothing at all! Because if she did love you, and I do mean truly loved you, she would put your welfare first over her trinkets. However, the sad part about this whole thing is that her toys are more valuable to her than you could ever be! I'm half way tempted to let you go right now! But I have a better idea, let's both see how much she really loves you!"

Reaching his hand into the backpack, Sterling grabbed the raven's wounded wing and began to twist it! The helpless creature gave a muffled scream of pain as it flailed helplessly beneath the Drow's knee. "If she loves you at all, she'll deactivate the trap and stop your suffering!"

Looking up at the Swamp Witch, the Dark Elf said, "Well, Tucy, how about it?! How much do you really love my dear friend, Amar here? Do you love him enough to deactivate your traps and let us do what we came here to do or not? The balls in your court, Tucy, and I am sure Amar's just dying to know just how much--or how little--you actually love him. Well, Tucy, what do you say?"
