Through the darkness she heard a different voice, "Alexia, are you here?"
She saw a faint light in the distance moving toward her.
"Thothalas?"
'He is the enemy...he wishes to destroy me...I am your master...you must kill him...now...'

'You MUST kill him...you have no choice...no choice...'
'I have a choice...I do...they do...I have my own mind...I plan to use it...like them...'

"eeehhhAAAAHHHHHH!!!!" her heart wrenching wail echoed all around her as the pain filled her soul. All the pain Alexia had even endured was pale in comparison to the pain flowing through her now. It felt as if every fibre of her being was being pulled apart. In her mind, she collapsed onto the ground.
'Forgive me master...I shall do all you say...They will not escape you...'
All thoughts of goodness and kindness had been ripped from her mind, her soul, her heart. Rising, the girl's eyes, once a ocean of blue now turned almost black, centred on the light coming unsteadly toward her.
'I must complete the task' she thought as she waited for the High Elf to reach her.
