((It's possible. Swanmays are supposed to protect forests and should get along well with rangers who do the same, so Hank may have even met a swanmay. Even if he hasn't, I'm sure that he'd take it upon himself to learn all he could about the different beings in the Realm, so he'd know which ones might make good allies if they needed any and which ones to avoid. The real question is, would Ingeld trust him?))
