Kryschenn was in a state of controlled panic. Okay, there were a zillion hungry little Gremlin things, she was cut off from her friends, and her sword was totally ineffective. Worse than ineffective; if she cut one of the things in two, it only meant there were now two gremlins where there had been one.She gave the nearest one a good old-fashioned kick, which seemed to have some effect. But how was she supposed to go kicking all these dozens of things to death?
Just then, she heard Celeste calling for help and heard Zeo replying. In moments, the cavern was flooded with light.
Unfortunately, these things, whatever they were, only *looked* like Gremlins. They seemed rather annoyed by the harsh light, but other than that, didn't really seem to mind it at all.
"Think of something else, quick!" Kryschenn shouted, slamming the nearest creature against the tunnel wall.
