Watching Thothalas create and hold up the Portal left Alexia feeling envious. With both their powers combined, the Elven Mage was quite powerful. But it was clear after the Portal began to deteriorate, not powerful enough. Having a good idea of what was to come, she backed up until she was almost plastered to the wall. It was then that Alexia had a plan to have some not so good-old-fashion-fun.The weak, but not powerless fire Mage was just about to give Thoth a hotfoot when the Adventurer pulled him out of harms way.
'Dang,' she mouthed. Just then the portal collapsed.
Mommentarilly winded by the flash, bang and blast of the exploding Portal, she noticed no one was hurt seriourly.
'Double dang.'
The now unhooded mage (her hood had been blown back from the force of the blast) watched the Adventurer. She ignored Thothalas, who was dazed into stupidity, and the two who had made it through the portal.
'That guy is starting to bug me,' she thought. 'First he disagrees with saving his friend, almost causing my plan to be delayed, then he gets promoted to temporary leader, now he saves that goodie-two-shoes Elf. How's an evil undercover agent of the Dark Lord suppose to create distruction and mayhem with HIM around?'
Shaking her head at her own question, Alexia just stood and waited for the High Elf to snap out of it.
'At least the Drow's done for.'
