I believe she emailed you to that effect. If your Eye can see into her pockets and tell you if she's got them, more power to you. ((However, I don't think she'd appreciate if the Eye saw into ALL her pockets, as Kimmy herself doesn't know everything that's in there and wouldn't be able to tell you....*lol*))
Venger won't detect anything happening at the moment. His magic is useless in that room, and that means he has no magical awareness of anything at all going on in or around his castle. He's rather busy trying to stay alive at the moment anyway to care. If you're asking whether he can detect the use of the Eye at any other time, why would he? It's not his creation, you said so yourself.
