Kimmy returned Fay's happy hug and shook the dust and debris out of her hair. "Yeah! We're safe and everything! And just wait til I tell where *I've* been!" she winked at Fay.Turning to Night Steel and Cole, she said," Hiya guys! Didja get Ingeld? Is that her? The little girl over there... uh, did she just honk?" Kimmy asked as the little girl stared at her, holding a doll tightly.
"Uh... I do have some feathers, but I think they might be Bubbles. She's very protective of her feathers and hates to loose them. But she sorta disappeared with Tommy somewhere, so I can't ask her. But come to think of it, they are kinda small. See?" Kimmy pulled out the feathery bits she had found in Venger's laboratory. She stood back wide eyed as the little girl came running forward making a strange cry of delight.
Kimmy stared and handed over the feathers and then turned to Cole. "Um, EO's here somewhere, and yeah, she's got neat purple hair now. She's not a Fru-fru Beast anymore. Rose got poofed away to safety by that handsome fella I saw her with once before. I hope she comes back soon. I'd luuuuv to find out more about him!" she grinned.
"Oh Cole!" she gushed excitedly. "You woudn't BELIEVE what fell into my pockets while I was checking the place out! I think some of the stuff is magical, cause it just Appeared in my pockets! I mean, one minute I'm checking my pockets and they're empty and the next minute, A La Peanutbutter Sandwiches! they're full! And I managed to pull a fast one on the Big V and switched the Orb with a jawbreaker," she giggled. "See? Isn't it pretty?" and she pulled out the Orb.
"Oh, that reminds me, I gotta give Zaki back her map! C'mon Fay! I'll show ya what else I found after I do that!" She smiled wide and tugged the Poet along after her.
