I looked around me at the strangers, then down at my clothing, which had somehow become rainbow-coloured leather armour and a dark cloak with a golden lining. "What on Earth--" I began, only to be interrupted by a strange voice. "Welcome, Minstrel!" A bolt of light struck my hand, and a glowing lute appeared in it! I turned in the direction of the voice and saw a familiar figure in red robes. *In the immortal words of Doctor Sam Beckett, oh boy.* ((Just FYI, Dr. Sam Beckett was the Leaper in Quantum Leap. And my magic lute will have many effects, but I have to play the songs correctly or they'll have the reversed effects. Next player!))
