Just when everyone thought that it would stop raining people, another one fell from the sky. "Ouch!" I said as I sat where I landed on the ground. I looked around and saw a group of strangely dressed people and creatures,"Where am I? What happened? One minute I'm at home on my computer and the next minute I'm here?" I suddenly realized that I wasn't wearing my shorts and t-shirt anymore. I looked down at my outfit; a short blue dress, low cut with long sleeve and the skirt reaching about mid-thigh. Over that I was wearing a tight dark brown leather vest, belted at the waist and knee high leather boots. Something was pulling at my waist and I realized I was sitting on something. I stood up and realized I had been sitting on a scabbard containing a sword. I drew the sword from the scabbard and held it in my hand. I then mumbled to myself, "Oh a sword, I hope I won't have to use it because I don't know how". (I didn't realize yet that it was magic.) I fussed with the sword for a few minutes trying to get it back into the scabbard. When I finished I pushed my shoulder length brown hair out of my eyes, tangling my fingers in the fine chain that hung on my forehead. When I finally got them untangled and had my somewhat arranged, I actually looked up at the others. They were looking at me, I blushed, realizing how clusy I must look. I decided that I better introduce myself, "Hi, I'm Ashleyien. Could someone please tell me what's going on here? Where am I?" (I don't realize yet that I have magic powers-what exactly I have yet to decide. I also don't know that the weapons are magic- I guess I'm just a little confused at this point having missed all the previous action).
