Bubbles cursed herself for having become inattentive because of her flirtation with Tommy. Not that she intended to stop that flirtation. More and more, especially after watching the way he had dealt with those cretins, she approved of Tommy Tanaka. But if she had been more alert she would have noticed Zeo's wandering off and could have at least made sure that she wasn't alone for just such trouble as had occurred to happen. The would be rapists would have had no defense against her powers. She stepped forward."Compassion is all well and good Zeo, in its proper place," she said softly as she watched the tableau with hawk like eyes, "but it will not teach these men a badly needed lesson. Tommy has only caused him physical pain. That is an occupational hazard to a man like him. He needs to be truly punished. And I have an idea how." Her mild expression turned into a cunning smile and the mirror she had been twirling gently on its chain was suddenly in her hand.
"If you kill him Tommy then his punishment of over quickly. It would be much better if he endured his punishment for a good while, not for simply a few moments." And she smiled at Tommy to show her agreement with his assessment of the piece of garbage he held.
"I'd say this man has a problem with women in general, not just "whores". And I dare say he would not like it at all if he had to obey a woman. I will make him mine. And he will do my will utterly. He will have no more volition of his own until I choose to free him, after he has paid for his crimes." Her eyes were hard as they perused the man now. His expression at her words was very unpleasant indeed. Yes...this one did not like women at all. Her own smile turned nasty. "You are not the first woman this scum has tried to hurt Zeo. He would not have been so brazen if you were. There are many instances he has to pay for. And I think the best way to repay his debt to society is that he protect the very one he tried to hurt. I shall make him mine and he will do as I tell him to. He will protect and guard you Zeo, from just such threats as himself. That is the perfect method for him to repay his transgressions." Bubbles looked at the startled Zeo. "Restitution is just, is it not?"
Then she looked back at the very still Tommy. "What say you Tommy. I agree that he does not deserve to live, but is this not just?" She waited for his reply.
