She let Cole help her up, and accepted the offer of the cape, wrapping it tightly around her so the only thing things that showed were the tips of her boots and her head. Okay, so the Backpack gave her a weird lump on her back, but she felt she could deal with those stares.
"I'm okay, Kimmy, but thanks. Thanks, everyone." She wiggled a hand out from underneath Cole's cape to extend to Cassandra. "Thank you, too, Cassandra, for helping me. If any of you ever need anything, and I can help, just ask." She looked around, noticing that the last sun seemed to be disappearing over the horizon. "Kimmy's right, though, we should get a move on. What happened to the others?"
