EO watched Cole fly away at the call for help, scanning the crowd herself. She caught sight of the scuzzbuckets hassling Zeo, and a low growl rumbled from her lips. Her hands clenched into fists, and she barely heard the ripping of fabric as the talons dug into the bag she carried. Breathing rapidly in an attempt to get her almost blinding rage under control, she watched with no small amount of satisfaction as Tommy beat the snot out of the deserving creeps. Then she felt herself relaxing as she watched Bubbles walk up to where Tommy firmly held his captive. She regarded the scene with a feral smile; Bubbles would teach this lout a far more fitting lesson than she would by rending him apart with her claws. She was still watching when Bubbles prodded the man awake with her boot. He leapt to his feet, and EO braced herself to quickly join the fight if necessary. To her surprise the man doubled over in pain, rolling around for a few moments on the ground. Then he stood once again, and EO found herself howling with laughter as she watched the man yank down his trousers and spank himself soundly with a board, all the while yelling "I'm a naughty boy! I'm a naughty boy! I did a bad thing! I'm a baaaad boy!" She continued to giggle as the rest of the crowd laughed as well, and some even threw a few copper coins.
She waited, knowing the others would be able to soothe Zeo far better than her currently more frightening face would. While she waited, she mulled over what Cole had said to her. Low-level telepathy and telekinetics. Well, the TK in any event must not be so low-level, if he could fly with it. Jean herself wasn't really able to use it for that until her TK powers got hyped as a result of her hibernation. As for the precog/postcog thing….well, it sounded as if he had yet to try…. EO waited until the others started once more for the castle, then caught up quickly with Cole.
"I've been thinking….just now. If you haven't tried the precognative or postcongative abilities, are you *sure* you don't have them? And, if you'll remember, Venger had to be *told* about Teri's abilities, and if you don't know if you can do it, Venger's not likely to know either." She paused. "It'd be best if another psychic would act as anchor, at least I'm going under that assumption…" She grinned, hoping it didn't look like she wanted to eat him for dinner. "Are you the only psychic in the group, or are there others? I'm afraid I haven't had the chance to really meet anyone yet."
She paused again, finally remembering one other important question that Cole had asked her. "Well, I don't think I can turn into *anything* else just yet, my magic item only seems to work once per day. I tried earlier, and got zip. Though I'm betting I can only be humanoid-size people, and Venger would only laugh at a human-size Tiamat."
EO stood waiting, letting Cole enter ahead of her into the castle itself, more than a little nervous about entering. She didn't exactly look like a proper guest right now, after all….
