: "Oh..." I answered. "Uh..could
: you explain that in a little more detail,
: please? I'm still new to this whatever it
: is I'm supposed to do."
"Tell you what," Kryschenn said. "Come along with us for a minute while we...er, look in on Terri. We'll fill you in."
((Cassandra...how much filling in do you need? Have you followed the posts and it's just your character that's saying this, in which case I can just say I filled you in, or do you really need direction here? Either way, we're probably all glad to help.))
Before following the small group of matchmakers, Kryschenn called, "I'll be there in a minute," and turned back to the Councillor. "If the princess is going to receive us at dinner, would you be so kind as to show us somewhere that we can make ourselves a bit more presentable?"
"Of course," the Councillor said. "There are many guest chambers..."
"...In the same hall as Terri's room!" Diana finished, seeming awfully eager to follow the group heading towards Terri's room. "I'll show you!"
Krys hesitated. As fun as the matchmaking might be, she didn't want to forget about their mission to stop Venger from taking the city. Maybe it would be better to try to gather as much information as possible before they met with the princess. She decided to stop in Terri's room long enough to see how the Dreamer fared, and to see how Faira's simple, spur-of-the-moment plan was working.
"Cole?" she suggested after a moment. "Why don't you come along just to see if you can get any idea how Terri's doing and if it is even a possibility that you can reach her."
"And Faira," she said to her co-conspirator, dropping her voice to a hushed whisper as they followed Diana to the guest rooms. "I'm going to try to find out more about what's going on around here, so I probably can't work on any complicated matchmaking plans for tonight. But we should make sure those two sit next to each other for dinner."
