"Well, EXCUUUUUUUSE me, Princess!" yelled Garrett loudly, drawing the attention of everyone in his group, plus the 6 Young Ones, and the Princess herself.Suffice it to say, none were too pleased (although Bobby, Terri, Presto, and Sheila were all stifling laughter). "What is the meaning of this disrespectful display?" she asked.
"Sorry about that," whimpered the Hero. "To be honest, Your Majesty, I was making a joke. I apologize if I offended you." After a slight pause, he added, "And I apologize on behalf of Zakiyah, since she can't take a Bloody Joke!"
If his first attempt at humor failed miserably, this second one succeeded quite nicely, at least with all save Zak herself. "I see....." replied Princess Diana, not really knowing whether to laugh or run away in terror.
