I wasn't criticizing you...you said CAss is a bit psychotic and unpredictable. She's probably naieve too and thinks she can handle anything-- if Cass's spontaneous decision was in character for her, it was a good twist! (This is coming from someone who plays a pryomaniac mage with poor judgement herself... )
But as always, rash decisions must have consequences...*eg* (Like the aforementioned character's new nickname, the Flying Mage, after Tessa found out why one shouldn't cast "Fireball" underground...) We'll think twice before letting her near a powerful artifact with a mind of its own again...*chuckle*
