    Re: Forging the Charm ((Swamp))

'He doesn't own your soul; he just wants you to think he does...you're as free as anyone with all the suffering and joys that freedom entails...even one step into the Light will lessen his grip...listen to your heart,' a faint voice she had never heard before told her.

For a moment, she listened, but then the voice fell on deaf ears.

"Why, why go back...what's back there that has any worth, any meaning for me?" Alexia answered the voice darkly but just as quite if not more so.
Turning back toward the oncoming flicker of light that dimmed with each step of its holder, she waited.

As the light came closer, the fire Mage heard and saw Thothalas question, "Alexia, what...what is this place?"

"It is nothing and it is everything," she mocked the puzzled Elven Mage. "More so, it is where true magic, powerful magic is born. The kind of magic I command," the hooded girl smiled with self satisfaction. With that, the magic that had been gliding across her showed itself as a firey glow. Collecting within her now out stretched hand, Alexia's magic formed a similar ball as to the one Thothalas held, only brighter for being in its own element and made of fire.

"Take it. Cast the charm. Create the portal. Save your friend. You asked for my help and I am giving it to you. There isn't much time, you must hurry."
