The Adventurer huffed along behind the others, still not convinced that the rescue effort is a good idea. But, it was the group's choice....So, I'd better at least keep them alive in order to make the attempt. Tricking Venger with magic just seemed to be a bad idea. Of course, I know NOTHING about magic...excpet I am getting the hang of the whip A tree limb leapt out at him, but this time Dan was able to duck underneath. "Ha!" the Adventurer said, making a face at the stupid limb. Too bad he had taken his eyes off the path ahead....the limbs brother caught him right above the temple with a resounding smack.
