Evening was coming by, and I was waiting for Krys and the others to arrive. The costume ball was starting in a few minutes, and so was our plan of doing Cupid's work. I had gone ahead and found my costume...two long dark blue capes, one I tied around my waist to make a skirt and turn my suit into a gown. Hey, it was all I could come up with at such short noticed. Anyway, the mask wasn't as hard. It was an old jewel-studded mask I found in the Royal Attic, along with the capes. Hope nobody minds. As long as the other one was on, I was sure no one would notice the knot in the back. I waited in the ballroom when I saw Krys and Cole coming.
